Kathleen Madigan is HILARIOUS. Her schtick is for grownups but is not crude, which is not to say that it isn't peppered with a few F-bombs. But it's not offensive and she pokes fun of the world at large. She's down to earth, and when she rolls into her out-of-breath laugh, you can't help but do it too! The event lasted just long enough and there wasn't a moment's silence. I told my show-mates that she's the gal you want at the party you throw for your funnest friends. And I want to formally extend the invitation for her to stay as our guest at our house next time she performs here in Thousand Oaks -we'd love to show her our hospitality and enjoy the flavor of the Conejo Valley.
